About Body Tech Fitness Wrexham
Body Tech Fitness is a 24-hour gym that opened on Wrexham Industrial Estate on 23 August 2025, with the Mayor of Wrexham cutting the ribbon. It occupies two converted industrial units on Abenbury Way, which gained planning permission for gym use in early 2025.
The Wrexham gym is part of a small chain founded by two fitness industry professionals, with other sites in Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Blackburn. Alongside the training floor, the company says it wants the gym to be a supportive place for people dealing with low mood or loneliness, and it offers mindset talks to local businesses. Personal trainers can also coach clients at its facilities.
